Had to get some pictures posted for Lia's seventh birthday. Her big surprise was a cat! Finally, she has a pet to dote on, which she does extremely well. We adopted Crystal and Jeff's cat from them. Crystal brought Foxy to our house two days before Lia's birthday. Thanks Cryst!

We don't have any pictures of Lia's cake for some reason. She chose brownies with ice cream. Mmmmm. That's my kind of cake! Orginally, she'd asked to have Arby's roast beef sandwiches instead of a cake--she's so . . . Lia--who would think of that? We decided to have an Arby's picnic before her family party, instead.

Lia's cousins, et al, came over for a party on her birthday. This gigantic bubble blower was from Grandma and Grandpa Weston. It was a hit! We had to stop the party for a 1/2 hour while the kids got it out of their systems.

Lia with her awesome sister, who loved Lia up for her birthday. Nora was in charge of the decorating, again. She did a lot of work with me to make Lia's day special.

We love our miss Lia! As she says of her cat, she is such a sweetie :)
