Cold weather hit last week--boo! But I did find a few reasons to be happy about it, which include: I get to make soup for dinner as often as I'd like. The leaves are changing. And most of all, Porter gets to wear this--

Don't you just love it?! My sweet mother-in-law passed this vintage number down to us while I was pregnant. I was ecstatic! In case you can't read it clearly, the sweater says, "THE KID". And one of the very best things is that it zips open down the back from hood to bum, so it's super easy to put on him, not to mention ultra clever! 

I am taking Porter everywhere in this number, and totally enjoying the soft-spoken 'how cutes' that pop up everywhere we go. Yes, he's totally adorable.
